If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the eziwin platform. Continued use constitutes unconditional acceptance of all terms stated herein.
3.1 Minimum Age. The minimum age to register for and access real-money gaming on eziwin is 21 years. This requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to PAGCOR-compliant platforms. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an Account or participating in any real-money game on eziwin.
3.2 Age Verification. eziwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the registration or KYC process. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or any other government-issued photo ID bearing a date of birth. Accounts where age cannot be verified to the satisfaction of eziwin will be suspended, and any associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.3 Registration Requirements. To register on eziwin, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure account password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on eziwin at any time. The registration of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identity details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. eziwin reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts without notice and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such Accounts.
The following individuals are not eligible to register for or use eziwin's real-money gaming Services, regardless of age:
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eziwin Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. eziwin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Notification of Breach. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify eziwin immediately through our customer support channels. eziwin will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account following such notification.
4.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension without refund of deposited funds pending investigation.
4.4 Account Currency. All eziwin Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). eziwin does not maintain multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagering activity, bonus credits, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. eziwin accepts deposits via the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at eziwin's discretion. Updated information is available on the Cashier page within your Account.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on eziwin is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. eziwin does not impose a maximum deposit limit for standard account holders, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large transactions in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your eziwin Account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank are subject to standard interbank transfer processing times. eziwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your eziwin Account are lawfully owned by you, are not derived from illegal activity, and are not subject to any third-party claim or encumbrance. eziwin may request documentary evidence of fund source in circumstances where there is reasonable cause to do so.
Note: eziwin does not accept deposits from payment instruments that are not registered in the name of the Account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned, subject to applicable transaction fees, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.1 KYC Requirement. Withdrawal functionality is enabled only after successful completion of the eziwin KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds from their Account until verification is finalised.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. eziwin reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative verified payment methods where circumstances require, provided those methods are registered in the Account holder's name.
6.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. eziwin is not responsible for delays attributable to the receiving financial institution.
6.4 Bonus Wagering Requirement. Funds derived from Bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus balances. Real-money balances that have been wagered in compliance with Bonus terms are withdrawable in full.
6.5 Anti-Money Laundering. eziwin is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds will be subject to enhanced review. eziwin reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse withdrawal requests where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are connected to illegal activity or where regulatory reporting obligations apply.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by eziwin are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the individual terms applicable to each promotion before opting in.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe; unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the promotional validity period.
7.3 Bonus Eligibility. eziwin reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to specific player segments, game categories, or minimum deposit thresholds. Not all promotions are available to all Account holders at all times. Promotional availability is determined at eziwin's sole discretion.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. eziwin actively monitors promotional activity. Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to registration of multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, use of automated wagering patterns to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion between Account holders — will result in the cancellation of associated bonuses, voiding of any winnings derived therefrom, and potential permanent suspension of the Account.
8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the eziwin platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these general Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game only.
8.2 RNG Certification. All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on eziwin use certified software from reputable third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by eziwin, the game provider, or any player action other than the legitimate gameplay choices presented within the game.
8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical game equipment — real cards, physical roulette wheels, and real dice — operated by trained dealers in professional studio environments. All physical game elements are subject to regulatory oversight standards applicable to live gaming operations.
8.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during gameplay — including but not limited to server disconnections, game software errors, or payment processing failures — eziwin will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-interruption state where technically feasible. eziwin is not liable for losses incurred as a direct result of technical malfunctions that are outside its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eziwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
All content published on the eziwin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, software, audio, and video — is the property of eziwin or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms or in your use of the eziwin platform confers upon you any ownership or licence rights in respect of eziwin intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eziwin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or systematic downloading of eziwin content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.
11.1 Platform Availability. eziwin provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While eziwin uses reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability, no guarantee of uninterrupted access is given. eziwin is not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
11.2 Gaming Losses. eziwin is not liable to any player for gaming losses incurred through lawful participation in eziwin games. All games involve financial risk. Players acknowledge and accept that they may lose funds wagered in real-money games.
11.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eziwin's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
11.4 Consequential Loss Exclusion. eziwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage — arising from or in connection with use of the eziwin platform, even if eziwin has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

13.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your eziwin Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
13.2 eziwin-Initiated Suspension. eziwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
13.3 Fund Handling on Suspension. In cases of Account suspension, the disposition of Account balances will be determined following the completion of any relevant investigation. Balances attributable to legitimate real-money deposits — where fraud or prohibited conduct has not been substantiated — will not be withheld indefinitely without cause.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of eziwin are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, including applicable gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and eziwin, you agree to first contact eziwin customer support and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be resolved informally. eziwin aims to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve all complaints within thirty (30) calendar days.
14.3 Jurisdiction. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
eziwin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Account holders via the registered contact information on file (email or mobile notification) and/or via a prominent notice on the eziwin platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the eziwin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page shall constitute the currently applicable version. eziwin does not undertake to maintain archives of prior versions, though a summary of material changes may be provided alongside any amendment notice.
